Around 2002 or so, K Line decided to make a "budget" Big Boy that could run on post war O31 curves. Their solution was to shrink it down to 1/64 scale and articulate the rear set of drivers as well as the front. They omitted detailed valve gear, presumably to keep it in the $300 price point range. Detail is otherwise good, and looks good next to non scale Post War and MPC era equipment. Just don't park it next to any true O Scale locomotives, or it will look undersized. This one has full Railsounds and TMCC.
