Red Knight's sword half has the slots underneath the tabs for connecting the halves together, and the tab for Road Caesar to hold it is on the right side (if you look at the underneath). Raging Bull's sword half is obviously opposite to that.
Seems like a weird problem to have, but I guess the mix up is bound to happen in the factory given how they're otherwise identical.
