There's always the chance of the BAT-AT being reissued, but Hasbro hasn't been too keen on revisiting older vehicle molds lately and I image they want people to buy the AT-ACT instead, so a reissue seems rather unlikely (in the near future, at least).
If you can though, get a BAT-AT. They look great, have tons of play features, and are just an awesome toy.
