I also don't know if this is an issue with this one, or if it's inherent to the design, but the bird legs at the ball joint don't seem to be capable of holding his weight so he needs the included flight stand. It is a very nice flight stand though, and flight stand support be it general or figure specific is a feature I appreciate in a figure.
There's some neat parts to the transformation, linear sliding components are a standout part of it, particularly as that allows his arms to compress quite a bit. I wish the wings were a little more articulated, I had to untab the bottom to be able to bend the outer portions forward, but I'm also a bit spoiled by my recent Airazor purchases when it comes to wing poseability.
