They're not primarily a toy company so it'd be risking a lot of money to release a potentially sub-par product. As someone mentioned, we'd also be stuck with whatever quality they release for whatever price they want, and that'd be your only way to get Capcom figures.
I'd prefer if they just licensed their IP's to more companies beyond the occasional Nendoroid; they're sitting on a goldmine. It's actually kinda weird how few RE figures there are.
