While its not to scale with mp's, infact its more to its own (small) line it can convert to the younger A3, its about the same height as a g1 optimus.
Anything else won't be accurate to anything, even the concept art used for the tr alpha trion was only used loosely.
I don't think its too obscure to be an mp...it just won't have anything to transform into
