I got 2 at my local Target to test them out: the one with the best moving joints has slight blemishes on his legs, as you can see, nothing deal breaking, but still
The other has way more awkward arm joints but not as bad as the right shoulder on the Pulse one I got, but the blemish on his chest is pretty severe
I'd try to swap the legs on the new one, but god knows if a boil and pop would be enough to get the legs off, those ball joints are pretty deep
