>>6474577I like half or more of the Inika masks, but only if I treat them like faces. The Kadin, the Calix and the Suletu look quite good for villains or really alien characters. The Iden is so so and the Elda and Sanok look like shit. Overall they also have that early 00s punk rock edginess that I find nostalgic. Only 90s kids can understand what I mean :^)
My problem is that I'm planning a Toa Inika/Mahri revamp/mix and I've yet to find a satisfying replacement for the Calix, Iden and Kadin, though. The Arthron, Tryna and Volitak just don't have that edgy quality I was talking about. I've toyed with the idea of buying a custom Kanohi off Shapeways but I fear the quality difference in person might be too big.
