The game is so bad the Amazon ratings for the game are filled with people calling it absolute shit and a cash grab so that they could stop making Battride War and instead force you to pay for what you'd get in Battride War for free. That's on top of the game being a really terrible Skylanders clone without any enjoyable gameplay whatsoever and I believe people wrote it felt half-assed in general.
Form changes are locked behind the little power disk things so you need to buy a bunch of toys to get any of the form changes at all, the figures are more or less the size of a quarter, look like the plastic is the lowest grade possible, and are all in the Rider Kick position without any variation so there's no real reason to collect them in the first place.
The best part is that the portal also didn't work properly, it either couldn't read single figures, couldn't interpret both the figure and a disk being on the thing, and multiplayer cut out constantly.
So, now that I've told you this, take a guess at how much a two figure pack cost? You'd think like $10, maybe $13 at best right? You'd be wrong, $17-18 on release for a single pack of two figures and two disks. You can currently buy a figure pack now for $6-8 and it comes with two figures and two disks, and the starter pack itself is $3-7. $40 Candy Toy figure sets are now $3 for 6 of them.
