Because I usually only want one or two of the set and you pretty much have to buy a whole box to get one of each instead of gambling.
And if you're unlucky and order from a dubious place the shop sends you the single boxes loose instead in the original pack. Then you likely get more than one of the ones you didn't want and none of those you hoped to get.
