While I do enjoy the official lore and Faction organization, I prefer to make my own factions and fit each figure where I feel they go best. The best example I can think of is putting the Bog Goblin with the Sons as he's a unique little bastard who really suits a mercenary horde.
As for my AoD stuff, I ended up with 20ish figures, with four of them being Skeleton builders while the rest are all different. At this point I've only opened like three of em, but I'll be digging into the rest over the next few days.
I'll try and get pics of them stock out of the package before I really go to work on em, because my favorite part about this line is how easy they are to customize. Had they stayed with the originally planned 4" scale I doubt I would have given it a second glance. But at this large size, there's just so many accessories from so many other toys I can cannibalize for parts, armor and weapons.
