It's most prevalent in Star Shit when troop carriers or even normal vehicles come with like half the amount of figures that you need to actually fill it up. This new AT-AT costs like $160 USD and only comes with 2 normal troops. Why? Why not give 4?
The new 501st set has 6 figures for 2 one-man vehicles. This AT-AT is supposed to carry a total of 9 Imperials, but only includes 5.
