You have Bespaq Fine Miniatures - commonly just known as Bespaq, its a defunct maker who made a wide array of items over the years.
Then you have JBM Miniatures - a manufacturer that is still considered active. They do operate a website which at least lets you see their catalogue of items.
Pretty much all the pieces I've bought came from a physical store where they were displayed out on shelves or in cases to be looked at. Of course they were wrapped and boxed after sale though. New furniture is shipped safely in it's own box with protective soft foam.
There's several sets and pieces of interest being sold on Ebay that look tempting but not tempting enough for me to deal with Ebay.
