Toss up between figuarts battle droid and figma Pyramid Head. The battle droid isn't perfect, but it's so damn fun to fiddle around with. I suppose NECA Godzilla '54 is also up there

Just the whole fucking Funko Skyrim and Fallout lines. I was so hyped for them and not only did we only get two from each, but they were pretty shit. I'm not sure whether I'm more disappointed with the lone wanderer for being the most shitty, or the power armor for being the one I was most excited for. Marvel Legends Kraven was also a massive disappointment.
