But anyways, the thing that attracts me to sofubi is their size, their detail, and their designs. When I painted that big mushroom guy I really came to appreciate all the detail in the sculpt. All the little warts, all the flaps and folds, the whorls under the cap, the hidden second pair of eyes, etc. Its fun to know that this was the work of one person -more or less- and that its their uncompromised vision.
