Any good tutorials on painting heads? My last head is ok I guess but I'm sure it could have been better. The first head I painted looks fine from a distance and even ok a bit close, but really looking at it it looks a bit sloppy. For the next custom I'm working on I think I'll paint the hair a dark color first then lightly brush lighter shades over it. That should give it a more natural shine, right? Any real insight is appreciated.
I know I've posted it before but here's the first custom head I painted. Wesker is up next and I don't want to fuck him up too badly.
