and when people compared them to the sockets of 2007 and back, they found they were ever so slightly smaller too, which only compounded the already too-thin sockets and they'd end up breaking after 1-2 uses.
it also made anything using the joints to make a sickening squeaking noise as you posed the sets because the pieces were straining.
