I've found a taobao shop that does hand craft 1/12 furniture with MDF/wood and actual stitched cushion etc. Pretty cool desu
Aoshima's 1/12 model kits are easy, nice, and has range of option like park benches to restaurant seats and some include small accessories for your autism if that's more your thing. Although, I'm sure there's already the 1/12 thread for this topic.
