To get it right, you gotta slide the chest down first then side the neckplate back. But you can fit the plate in the same place without sliding the chest down, it'll just look different. So it's easy to overlook.
All Prime knockout needs is his roof collapsing into his feet instead on his arms, bigger wheels, and a premium paintjob and he'd be considered near perfect.
