Longarm never made it to Earth in the show so he turns into a Cybertronian crane.
In Animated "Cybertronian" meant raised treads.
Longarm's treads don't have castors so he can't put around.
The boom swivels so that's cool, but it's laughably short compared to most crane toys.
He can lift loads to chest height. That's cool.
Maaaybe he has a very long cable. Like for lifting or lowering things down a mine shaft or whatever. More emphasis on the long than the arm, if you catch my meaning.
