Well, here's an example of the cab portion's position if he's still around.
Shouldn't be super hard, it's mostly just needing panels on top of existing parts. Just glue on the clench "shell" if you will. The hard part will be the grill, which would need to split apart and fit onto the shoulders. Springer's shoulders do swing out for the transformation, so it might be doable.
Or wait for the next wfc line and try one of those. Who knows, if we get another sandstorm, that might work better.
