I assume she got really proficient with Zbrush and character art design though her 2d char art is kinda meh. Maybe got an internship during or after college at hasbro and got hired. But it seems her skill in zbrush and networking has more to do with getting her job than any focus in college which is true for most professions. Bretty cool though.
