>>11116651It's part of a subscription box series that Funko did around a decade ago. Not sure once they bought Mondo, why they haven't done more stuff like this - Culture Fly did the same thing and also stopped, or has essentially gone on to more niche fandoms.
It's called the "Action Comics First Appearance Of Superman" - with "Legion Of Collectors" as the brand, instead of Funko. It sells for about the same as a NoC Super Powers and that's essentially what you'd be getting. I rarely saw them sold loose so I suspect most people buy them and never open it.
