>>8365855I think that's really only true of the spin-off seasons (Fast Forward and Back to the Sewer), since otherwise they seemed fairly rounded off, outside of maybe the shape of their plastrons.
That being said, maybe some Tournament Fighters figures wouldn't necessarily need new bodies, as the movie Turtles would suffice. They're really just need new heads and new belts, and everything else would just be a difference of paint.
