Articulation is average, and his jet arm is way more limited than his gun one. Of course, his saving grace for me is his Titan master compatibility. He can fit one in his jet arm and replace his own even though it doesn't transform.
I would say if you aren't put off by a balls hard transformation and like the aesthetic, he's good. I'd also recommend Scorn over him given the chance.
