A great sculpt doesn't need a lot of paint to make it look great, which is why Hasbro has been coasting along so well, because their likenesses are usually spot on.
To say that Hasbro's plastic is bad is a laugh, considering they use some of the most durable plastic in the industry. If you don't like the rubberiness, that's fine, but it still holds a ton of detail and the sculpt is still near perfect. Don't like the glossiness? I'm half way there with you, but it's such an easy fix with matte spray and in natural lighting it doesn't look glossy.
Sucks that you only look at images on the internet though, because you're such a shut in.
