I also intend to include the Seacons, but I'm completely rewriting their backstory - instead of even being Cybertronian, they were instead built by Nergill and surviving Sub-Atlanticans, as a means of getting revenge on the Decepticons and defeating the Autobots so they can take over the Earth. They can be defeated through brute force, but I'm also gonna steer my players towards instead realizing that the Seacons are sparkless 'bots and, if given sparks, could rebel against the Sub-Atlanticans and potentially join the Decepticons.
(if Starscream can refurbish some WWII scrap he found buried at Iwo Jima to create the Combaticons, then I don't see why Sub-Atlantis couldn't purpose-build 'consof their own).
