The only ways for that to realistically be possible would be:
>Cybertronians are literally so emotionally stunted/truncated that they are incapable of feeling any significant amounts of anger or malice towards one another.>The lives of Cybertronians are controlled so rigidly and universally that they never have the opportunity or ability to kill one another.>Cybertronians are only culturally or cognitively muted from the most extreme ends of negative emotions, but they are also so insanely difficult to kill that to actually murder another would take such an infeasibly long and sustained or elaborate effort, that virtually no-one has ever both attempted and succeeded in pulling it off. And none of those would logically lead to a war, or at least not one in a form/execution that’s not so alien that we as humans wouldn’t be able to meaningfully relate to it.
Which means it’s probably none of those, just a very poorly thought out premise, probably signaling bad writing to come in the series.
