Having such a puny SHF kaido is gonna hurt, but making it any bigger/more expensive probably would have forced it to be P-bandai and unable to sell retail in Japan.
We'll have to see what the future holds, but think bandai are best to just focus on the regular sized characters like the strawhats, ace, shanks, mihawk, sabo, etc. Instead of wasting time on bigger characters they have no hope of scaling properly.
