>>8476547I wasn't saying that the Hayate in that pic was the prop, I was telling the anon that he had the prop Gekidou at the bottom instead of the toy which obviously has different proportions and should've been the one in the pic if he wanted to compare it to the Hayate toy (which uses roughly the same amount of plastic as the DX Gekido, because, despite being half as long, it splits into two swords of the same size).
Also, there are more multiple versions of the Hayate prop. The ones used for close-up shots of the merged and the Shuriken modes have a blade barely longer than the handle, while the ones used for action scenes and when its split into 2 has a blade nearly twice as long.
