i was at walgreens the other day and saw the Alpha Strike Boa was on clearance, so i picked on up on a lark. i have to say it's pretty amazing how much plastic the design team was able to whittle away without sacrificing the structural integrity of the blaster. the new grip on the pistol is a pretty weak attempt to address the criticisms people had with the Alpha Strike Cobra since it only partially covers the area that comes into contact with your hand. the ribs still bite into your index finger and thumb. the colors are nice and bright, though. no regrets paying less than the price of a Jolt.
