The pill seems too pale, it's got the colors from the artwork whereas they were darker in the anime (also, if we're nitpicking, the text was not there in the anime, but everyone loves it so whatever). Gloves and boots should be a darker shade of red, not straight-up brown. Otherwise looks alright, just sort of unspectacular. I would have liked to see some alternate expression heads or something to jazz it up a little, this seems really barebones. I know this is just a re-release, but it honestly wouldn't have been that hard to change up some colors, add an accessory or two, and call it a 1.5. They are apparently also rereleasing his bike, which is going to be a huge financial drain.
I am VERY concerned for the outfit though. The whole damn thing is pleather, and even the boots are some "soft material" as they mention. Those are probably not going to last more than a year or two before they start to go. I don't claim to know what else they could have used to get Kaneda's look right, but this right here is a ticking time bomb.
