The only things he's truly lacking are some kind of thigh swivel, a bicep swivel, and the aforementioned neck (which he actually does have, but the molding of the hood renders it useless) His alt. mode is perfection.
Everyone should own Downshift. He's the very definition of a toy that excels in spite of its imperfections, there's just something about him that embodies everything fun about transforming robots in its purest form. As good as he looks, once you get him in your hands, he feels even better. His plastic looks and feels great, he's super chunky and hefty, has tons of painted detail, and literally every step of his transformation is satisfying. He's the kind of toy I wish I had when I was a kid.
