So after one full week of messing with this thing, the hips are in fact getting noticeably looser. And the other swivels continue to as well. How to people remedy that again? Floor polish?

For all the problems this figure has, I can't say I'll be able to refrain myself from ordering another couple if the opportunity presents itself. Depends on how much they're gonna charge the third time around I guess.
For now, I'll just enjoy my rag doll ninja.
