>>6621082I really hate forced action gimmicks on figures. But for fashion dolls, that goes double. And when the action gimmick is lame by it’s own standards, then that goes triple. By squeezing Sabine’s legs, her waist turns 10 degrees and she raises her arm 5 degrees. The action is weak & jerky. Sabine’s arm has to be almost up at a 90 degree angle to aim at 90 degrees. Why was this action feature made? It’s pitiful at best and useless at worst.
As for the molded top, well, that’s a cardinal sin for any fashion doll. Because “fashion” implies the changing of clothes & whatnot. Arms have a decent set of articulation, similar to Monster High without the easily lost forearms & hands. And speaking of hands, she can actually hold accessories, unlike 99% of the fashion dolls out there! Truly a breakthrough in doll design!
