Here in Argentina we got the first batch of the SBC under the Jocsa company, that was known for releasing local editions of many popular stuff like G.I. Joe, Ghostbusters, etc.
This was in 1994, and I had SSJ Goku and Freezer, which are still among my favorites.
These Jocsa versions are kind of hard to come by now.
And yes, Vegeta's armor is reversed on that picture.
