>>10655080I've now built a handful of BrickTech's Halo stuff & thought I'd give a basic review of what I've built
>H3/Infinite WarthogsBoth are great builds, I highly recommend building one if you like Halo - it's a good display piece in general; I prefer the Infinite version just because of the added detail, but both are great
>ScorpionAnother solid build all around, a vast improvement from the first design as well; the only downsides are that the 4 tread "legs" don't move like they did on v1, and the lack of olive green part variety really takes away from the overall colour scheme, but isn't the end of the world - the current design (v2) calls for some 4x4 olive green wedges, which are expensive/rare now; BrickTech has an updated build in the works that changes the assembly so those parts aren't needed anymore, which might be worth waiting for - all I did was build the Scorpion in studio & then try my best to copy the WIP photos he posted on Instagram, worked fine for me
>Covenant Lookout TowerThe best thing to build if you want something Covenant-based, although some of the purple parts are hard to get ahold of nowadays due to them only coming in 1 or 2 sets; the smaller side builds are a nice addition, but not really necessary when displaying the tower itself
>RazorbackBasically a retarded Warthog, not worth building unless you love the vehicle itself or want a troop transport; overall solid build though
>WaspIt's a nice little build, but gets outshined by the Hornet & Falcon; not really worth it unless you like the vehicle itself, much like the Razorback
>WraithI don't want to outright trash the build, but it's extremely lackluster & not worth sourcing the parts for unless you already have the rarer ones (3x3 dark purple 1/4 domes in particular)
It's a cool vehicle, but I feel like the part usage takes away from it to the point where you have to be a hardcore Lego Halo fan to even want to build it; I was really let down by it desu
