We have all made it safe and sound to our new home for now, closing the chapter of Tad and I's rental home of 4 years. After being treated very badly by both the real estate and landlord, who were very unkind and nasty and greedy, I was able to say goodbye to a place that flooded that same day due to landlord neglect, where it will now be his costly task to sort. Looks like he won't be getting the extra expensive rent from the new tenant like he had thought either. Thank you rain gods! And probably Tad.
This room is the same one I slept in as a child, and still has the same stars that were up on the roof I looked at as a child for comfort. Will post pics at night haha .
