Posted this in another thread as a television commercial for a bar fight competition. Which of these big bastards do you kids think would win the arm wrasslin'? Not the best photo, I just snap a cell pick while I play with them.
>>7707044I do only buy figures that fit in my ecosystem but power level doesn't factor in. More if they have a "role" in the story. Half of the fun is figuring out how the figure you want to prevail will prevail. Good writing can always override cannon power levels.
Or bad writing for all you DBZ fans (Myself included).
>>7707068Death is rarely permanent anyhow in the type of fiction they create action figures from. A defeat is usually only a minor setback anyhow, so Pikachu and Jim Gordon Vs the entire Yellow Lantern Corps would only be a chapter in a longer storyline.
I really like that figure, by the way. I had a few transformers back in the day, Grimlock, the triceratops and two Sharkticons. I saw the movie and figured they would be good things to put in my pack when I had to travel and set up a temporary home base.
>>7707090>At most how much one believes in the training being plausible at reaching the desired jump in power.Don't forget team-ups and technology/magical artifacts as well.
>>7707176>>7707222Bruce and Clark can take anything down. Bruce can also take down Clark so figure that one out.
Also the "World's Finest" comment gave me a smile.
>>7710164>>7710082I would love to hear a few more stories from everyone. Toys are all about the narrative while playing.
