The thing is a collection is never 'finished'. There's no lineup that'll satisfy you over an extended period of years because you'll always gain new interests, lose interests over time etc. Buy stuff as it comes, if you like it and can afford it. Sell if you no longer care or wnat to change something. You can endlessly go back and forth and what you'll want in 4-5 years from now but I can almost guarantee your desired lineup will look different by the time you get there.
I'd always argue going for quality over quantity. Perhaps a hot take but to be honest I think most HT look incredibly mediocre and I never really understood the hype. Inart and customs are changing the game for 1/6.
