An instagrammer @nateturdthethird did a ton of restyles (pic relevant) and made a spreadsheet with the specific pieces, I've picked up a few things from there. Warning that g1 stuff does NOT fit, I couldn't even get a g1 dress over her thighs.
Shoes are a whole different problem, none of my MH and RH shoes fit and in restyles I see people cutting the ankle or back to get them on. I am tempted to 3d print a shoe base made to her foot size and just add a ribbon strap or something.
