I have a vague memory of a previous general where some guys cooked up ideas for a heroic warrior penguin. We could roll that into this too. As for the baddies, there's nothing but cool shit (no pun intended) to base them off. Killer whales, leopard seals, narwhals, and wolves are just a few that jumped to mind. You could even equip ice armor he-ro with a new mount in the form of a brightly colored akhlut (pic related)
