>>9918059Based on the level of shelf warming and clearances, I'd say put Phantom Menance and Rogue One/LastJedi/ForceAwakens ahead, because i saw wave one shit for fucking years at TRU, Walmart and Target.
... but I'd be wrong, because stores just overordered and definitely made their money back regardless, because a ton more products actually sold vs what was left over.
Still, sequel movie shit definitely shelf warmed for way too fucking long, hence how little Star Wars shit is released today compared to how it was before Force Awakens came out or even after fucking The Phantom Menance. So stores were definitely burned by Disney Wars products, albeit not enough to just quit ordering the line ala GI Joe Retaliation 2012/2013.
>>9918069I wouldn't blame Hasbro or Good Smile, as the property was definitely petering out by the time Blizzard was trying to whore it out. Or Hasbro and Good Smile just didn't bother to license it until then, where they were too late, and you can't blame Hasbro/GoodSmile not wanting to license shit for an unproven property.
Either way, it's the fanbase who moved on by the time they started making toys. They caught the few faithful with some of hteir figures and that was it.
