The nosecone.
There are 2 round bumps supposed to lock the jet nosecone in place, but they don't. The reason is the female part of the equation are not a single spot dip but a slide (red circle). This gives room for the nosecone to move around. I don't know why it is designed like this.
The instruction didn't say, but I think starsaber is supposed to be tabbed under the nose to prevent the nosecone from dipping - but
This might be a good idea if not for the fact the nosecone also flips up.
The chest part (in green) seems to be the thing supposed to lock the nosecone down in jet mode, but that thing doesn't lock to anything and also moves around. If that thing is stationary I doubt the problem wouldn't be this bad. But it is not and I think it get in the way of the head.
Also, do be careful when you push the shoulder cannons down. Both the cannons and the head are painted and the head will get in the way and scratch the paint if you did not clear the head position first
