>>8731738 is suggesting, but then the mouth won't move. If the head is two blocks long there's simply no way you'll get a moving mouth on it. You need at least on block for the jaw, one for the ginger, and one to attach to the rest of the head. You're not going to get something minifigure size like that unless you can find some very specific parts. Chima crocodile heads would look the part, but their mouths don't open.
