Either way, Radiax is pretty much my favorite from this era. I just love the silver and blue color scheme, and the fact that she has an actual gimmick and a bit more articulation than Screechlurker puts her above him in my rankings. She's also apparently much harder to track down nowadays, especially with both of her masks intact ad light up gimmick still functioning, making her a rarity.
