>>8133960I think the paint quality (in the older figures at least) really is a step above what you'd see on an average figure, even including other Japanese imports. Most lines these days use straight plastic with little paint over it and the SAS line takes it a step further to add in airbrushed shading/highlight details. Again, something you don't see in most lines these days.
The neck joint does stand out, but I believe they've changed it on their newer figures correct me if I'm wrong). The elbow/knee joints are in my opinion, the best out of any line, and something I haven't really seen on any other figure. They over a ton of posing options you can't get with figma/figuarts still joints.
