>1. [Optional] create and log in to a new google account in the play store>2. Connect to a japanese VPN. I searched 'japan vpn' in the play store and used the first one.>3. In the play store, tap your profile picture in the top right corner>4. Settings > General > Account and Device Preferences>5. Under 'Country and Profiles' or something similar it should say "Switch to Japanese Play Store" just below that, select 'add a payment method'>6. Add a credit card. I used the numbers off of my American credit card, but a random Japanese zip code. As long as the zip code and credit card numbers are valid, they dont actually run/check the card.>7. It should prompt you to restart google play. You can now download the app.>8. Keep in mind that if you select Singapore for English language you will not be able to scan Japanese beys. I dont speak moon but chose Japan for this reason
