But it's a a primary design element of his suit. The three other figures released with the Dragon Shield all had their diamonds so it's just kind of shitty.
This does bring yo a question I've been wondering though, how does budgeting work for these figures? Are they budgeted by wave? Does each figure denote its own budget based on popularity? Thanks for all the answers dude, very interesting stuff.
