Their secondary fun is that they can be rebarreled to shoot standard darts, which means they fly further and hit harder with rebarreling being the only work done. The chinese sell removeable spacers for a number of MEGA blasters like the CYCLONESHOCK and ROTOFURY that make even that plug and play.
